· More one on one time with your instructors who are experts in their field. Instructors are able to give more real life & practical examples.

· When comparing applicants’ educational credentials, many employers say they will choose instructor-led in classroom traditional training over distance learning.

· Mentoring: teacher student relationship is developed in the classroom and our instructors continue as mentors for years to come.

· Curriculum is always fresh because live instructors can adapt the curriculum quickly to include new changes in law, technology, or to include pertinent current events that affect that area of study.

· Variety in approach: students practice together on real life scenarios’, roll playing, get hands-on practical use of equipment, tactical exercises…

· Real interaction with fellow students and teacher: students gain valuable knowledge from interacting with fellow student and their instructor who is there to guide and critique. Many times a question or a problem another student may have will be beneficial to the class as a whole as it is explored and taught by the instructor.

· More students prefer in classroom training: We have considered providing distance learning, however, we have more requests for instructor-led in-classroom training.
