Arizona County Test dates for Arizona State Process Server license

Testing for license: is only proctored at your county Superior Court with their proprietary proctored tests. 

Refer to the list below for contact information & to schedule a licensing test date. You should schedule your test date at least two weeks in advance to assure a seat.

According to the Maricopa County Clerks Office, the average first time licensing test pass rate without prior training is approximately 25%.

Maricopa County 2008 Process Server certification test dates:  1/24, 2/28, 3/27, 4/24, 5/22,6/28, 7/24, 8/28, 9/25, 10/23, ``/20, 12/18.  It is recommended to sign up at least two week prior to testing dates.  All tests start at 9:30 am.  620 W Jackson, Suite 3017.  Parking located at 601 W Jackson. Haven't tested in years?  We enforce our teaching and get you used to taking tests again by proctoring tests that have been developed by Discovery. Our tests are based on our curriculum and the Supreme Courts Study Guide.

Taking the state test for licensure: although we can not gauntee you will pass the test, we have one of the highest pass the test rates in Arizona.  We back this up by allowing you to retake Process Server #1 if you do not pass the state test.

Licensing: Professional Process Server is a training course approved by the Arizona Supreme Court and the Department of Education. You must pass the Arizona State Licensing test given by your local county.  Check below contact information regarding testing.

Placement: by law we can not guarantee job placement, but we give job referrals from employers looking to employ our students.

Mentoring: students keep an ongoing relationship as a mentee with Discovery Detective Academy & it's instructors.  We are here to help answer industry questions that may arise after graduation.  This is an example of how committed we are to Exceptional Education.

Physical requirements & disabilities: There are very few physical requirements while conducting Process Server duties. The primary abilities required are walking, driving, communication, aproblem solving, nd observation skills.  Additionally, most activities do not require long durations of repetitive postures or movement that typically aggravate many pre-existing physical conditions.

Holidays: the academy is closed all legal holidays, and takes off two weeks for winter holiday and one week for spring break. .
